Ermenegildo Zegna presents an advertising campaign involving Robert De Niro and McCaul Lombardi

The “Turning Point” campaign is the embodiment of a new emotional way of communication that the brand Ermenegildo Zegna will now use in contact with customers and brand fans.

In short videos shot by Carrosini, De Niro and Lombardi communicate with each other, and also show Zegna clothes, which they themselves chose for filming. Two actors – one incredibly experienced, the second only gaining experience – share their turning points during filming. De Niro talks about his teachers, his own risk rules, about what attracts him in roles and what makes him give up, and about his beloved city. Lombardi shows respect to the master and is filled with reverence for being in his company. But he also shares his experience and personal views, some of which are shared by De Niro.

The basis of Ermenegildo Zegna’s new strategy is a community of interests, mutual learning based on free, present and sincere communication. Carrosini’s videos will be featured in the media along with a classic advertising campaign featuring Robert De Niro and McCaul Lombardi and timed to the collection Ermenegildo Zegna 2017.

This campaign is the first among many that will be created under the slogan “Turning points”.
